PET release film: refers to the coating of silicon on the produced PET film, so that the plastic surface is easier to peel off. It is mainly used in the electronics industry, adhesive industry, and rubber industry. Release film is more expensive than release paper, but the plastic film has high transparency and smooth surface, which allows them to be used as the base film for self-adhesive labels on automatic production lines and the base film for some high-demand products, such as medical, sanitary, and precision electronics industries.
Release paper: There are many varieties of release paper, which can be divided into two major categories according to the processing technology: plastic release paper and plastic-free release paper; plastic release paper is divided into double plastic release paper and single plastic single silicon release paper. Double plastic release paper can be divided into double plastic single silicon release paper and double plastic double silicon release paper; plastic-free release paper is divided into glassine paper, SCK (super calendered kraft paper) and CCK (kaolin coated paper)
PE coated paper: The hot-melt PE plastic film is evenly coated on the surface of the paper to form a coated paper, also called PE paper or plastic-coated paper. Compared with ordinary paper, it is waterproof and oil-proof. It is mainly used to make paper boxes, paper cups and paper bags for food. It can also be used as waterproof paper for industrial use.
